Oh friends. Gracie and Keith’s Abbie Holmes Estate wedding this weekend at in Ocean View, NJ was one I will not soon forget. These two honestly radiate sunshine. There’s just no other way to put it. If you remember their engagement session you knew that this day would be just as amazing and incredible. Plus, the weather was beyond beautiful, it was 75 degrees and sunny in the middle of October. You just can’t beat that!!

Grace and Keith met when Grace’s old boss and Kieth’s good friend set them up.  IMMEDIATELY they clicked and became best friends. They are constantly laughing together and at each other, making fun of each other, goofing off, being kids at heart, you name it.  I don’t think I’ve ever been around two people who laugh deeper, longer, and harder than these two. Or smile. I’m pretty sure Gracie’s smile is the most beautiful thing about her besides her heart.

Because that’s the thing that got repeated over and over on their wedding day. In their vows, the toasts, the ceremony and just the whispers between guests. Grace and Keith are quite possibly and very probably the most kind hearted, wonderful people anyone at this wedding has ever met.  They greet EVERYONE with a smile and open arms and made me feel like family the entire day.  Gracie squealed with excitement when I got to the bridal suite in the morning and as I shot her details downstairs I could hear her excitement every time someone else walked in the door to see her. She was just the most genuinely excited bride in the world.

When it was time for their first look I almost couldn’t handle the anticipation.  Keith turned around and his jaw literally dropped to the ground. I’m pretty sure Grace started crying a little bit out of pure excitement and as I was going through these pictures I started crying too. It was such a beautiful moment that I’ll never forget. That’s always my favorite part of the wedding day. First looks when the groom gets to see his beautiful bride for the first time without the pressure of a thousand eyes watching him at the ceremony.

After the first look we took their portraits around the property and took family and wedding party pictures in front of the house. I think these are some of my favorite ever! There is so much joyyyyyyy!!!

The cocktail hour and reception were held in the estate right after the ceremony and the band had the dance floor hoppin all night! Grace and her dad shared a special first dance that was epically choreographed (likely by them).  S’mores and cigars were enjoyed outside by the photobooth and everyone was just so.freakin.happy to be there.

 

Grace and Keith, I have absolutely loved getting to know you over the last year and a half.  Your hearts are a blessing to everyone that comes in contact with you and I’m so glad I’ve been able to be a part of this story. I can’t wait to come to the farm for a bonfire! I wish you so much love and happiness and most importantly, laughter in the next chapters of your lives.
