From the moment I met Danielle and Frank I felt really good about their relationship, and about mine with them. We met for a drink for our initial consultation and I remember being so at ease with them, laughing and smiling the whole time. I think Danielle texted me right after they got home that they wanted me to be their photographer and I was SO thrilled.
They met on Match.com.. Frank was the first person to “wink” at Danielle, so she sent him a message and they had their first date at 8th Street Wine Cellar in the West Village the next day. After hours of talking and enjoying each other’s company it was clear to both of them there was a future together. Their relationship continued to blossom for 2 years, falling in love in the NYC Financial District which is why we chose this spot for their engagement session, overlooking FiDi. Hoboken is where they are starting their lives together with their first apartment and where they will become husband and wife, and it was absolutely perfect that the scene overlooked the Financial District.
Frank proposed at the top of the hill near Steven’s Institute overlooking FiDi, by the sounds of it he barely remembers anything leading up to it because he was SO nervous. Seriously, look at how cute they are! I was giddy the entire time photographing them because they could not stop smiling. They were absolute naturals and I had a blast spending my Friday night with them!
I have so much love for you both, enjoy!
That skyline never ceases to amaze me, it seriously never gets old. Plus being on this side is a little quieter which is lovely. 😉
SWOON.
The light at Pier A in Hoboken was so dreamy! And of course so was the couple. It’s a true blessing to find love like this and let me tell you, Frank and Danielle have it. I’m so happy for them that they found each other and I’m so excited I get to tell this love story! We went from Pier A in Hoboken to the Hoboken Train Station. They architecture there is spectacular and the warm light flooding through the tall window was so magical. It honestly felt like a scene out of Cinderella, especially when Frank and Danielle started to slow dance with the clock in the background. I absolutely adore these shots! Seriously guys, you are so perfect!

Have you ever seen a smile that radiant. Danielle you are GLOWING. It makes me so happy I can’t even begin to describe it. Seeing other people happy is one of my favorite things so this night was naturally AWESOME for me to watch them together.
I wish you both nothing but the utmost happiness in life. I seriously can not wait for your Winter Wonderland Wedding this February! Never stop smiling, never stop exploring and always remember to go on dates! I’m so happy our paths crossed and so excited to watch your journey begin.
