Ohhhh you guys. I am in love with this wedding! Allison and Brad’s Canoe Brook Country Club wedding is so dreamy! You may recognize these wonderful people from their recent engagement session at Willowwood Arboretum, you can see here! Allison and Brad are just the type of people you want to surround yourselves with. Their families and friends were all “solid” as Andy, their Best Man would put it. And that’s just it. They are solid people. They’re the type of people who would have anyone’s back in a second and just surround themselves with wonderful people. I could tell from the minutes Allison and Brad’s mothers walked into the bridal suite it was going to be an emotional, yet wonderful day. They were surrounded by friends they’ve had their whole life, and are lucky to have a great group of high school friends, since they met when they were in middle school!
In the short amount of life they’ve lived they have done it fully. They studied together in Australia, lived life in the mountains in Colorado and Jackson Hole, and explored and endured countless adventures together! I am so excited to continue watching their adventures unfold.
I walked into the suite to find the most beautiful bouquets, full of white floral and succulents (my favorite) from Santos Floral. Gorgeous mismatched dresses from J. Crew and my very first Mrs. Box ring box to photograph also awaited and I was SO EXCITED! I love these things, they really give the ring have a beautiful home and adds a special touch to the day! These invitation suites are so dreamy! I told you these details were amazing! I am swooning over here! I need a Mrs. Box in like every color! Succulents, oh my heart! Allison’s Mom and Maid of Honor helped her into her dress and it’s always one of the most emotional moments of the day for the mom’s out there! Love it! While the girls were busy with hair and make-up the guys got ready at Canoe Brook! Love these shots from my wonderful second shooter Cinnamon! James Bond? Is that you? Ready for his Bride!!We couldn’t have been more blessed with a beautiful day! At the end of November, 52 degrees and sunny?! WHAT! Amazing. We did their first look out on the golf course by these wonderful barns! Allison was looking forward to this for a long time and I’m so excited we got to make it happen!
Allison wore a simple and timeless gown by Maggie Sottero. I loved how classic it looked on her! Love these floral by Santos Florist! Succulent Boutonniere! Ah!!The bridesmaids wore timeless, mismatched J. Crew dresses and totally rocked them! I love the tuxes the guys wore! So classic- never goes out of style! Looking suave gentlemen! This is one good looking wedding party!!
This day could not have been possible without Allison and Brad’s wonderful families! What a blessing!
The ceremony was short and sweet, as Allison’s mom walked her down the aisle, giving her away to the man of her dreams. We had a beautiful sunset and beautiful twinkle lights to light the way!
The reception was a blast as The Silver Arrow Band hyped up the room with their incredible talent! I definitely broke out a few dance moves! Since there were flamingos on the beach when Brad proposed it was only fitting they be the cake toppers!! Totally obsessed with the way these tables looked! They danced to I Will by The Beatles for their first dance! Obsessed with this shot of Brad smoking a cigar! SO JAMES BOND. I don’t even know if J.Bond smokes cigars but hey.Allison and Brad: Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day! The company you keep is incredible and I’m so thankful I could document these memories for you! I wish you a lifetime of happiness and hope to see you again soon!Major thanks to my incredible second shooter, Cinnamon! You were amazing and I’m so thankful you were by my side this day! Can’t wait to work together in the future!! <3
