Well, somehow this blog got written and scheduled but I never hit publish so you’re seeing it a bit late! I noticed that about one of my weddings this October as well so I’ll be posting that shortly too! Sorry for depriving you of all this fall engagement session beauty!!
Brianna and Mike met at college at Fairfield University. After lunch on their first date they knew a second date was coming and went to see Where the Wild Things Are! I admit I still haven’t seen that movie and I’m not sure why because I used to LOVE reading that book with my mom when I was little!
We knew one thing for certain had to be included in their engagement session: Foliage. They both work in NYC, so what better place for foliage and beautiful scenery than Central Park?! Apparently, Central Park in mid November is still gorgeous and colorful! They danced at Bethesda Fountain, strolled hand and hand through yellow trees, and soaked in all the bustle and quiet of the city all at once. We had so much fun!
Ever since I spoke to them the first time I knew we were going to be a great fit. Brianna called me up and said “You like elephants too?! They’re my FAVORITE! Here: Look at my iPad background.” Safe to say it was pretty much fate. 😉 I am so beyond excited for their wedding this year and know it’s going to be a blast! Brianna and Mike have been so welcoming to me (and even gave me a bottle of Riesling at THEIR engagement session) because that’s just the type of people they are. I can’t wait to see you guys this year at your wedding (and I’m also hoping I get to see you sooner than that for dinner or drinks sometime 😉 !)
HOW GORGEOUS IS THIS?! I wish the trees could always have something on them. It’s so brown and dreary right now, some snow would be nice just for a bit of brightness!
Your style is on point, guys, Your cuteness is on point too.
I always love this part of Central Park. As a previous Design Major, I totally appreciate this space!
