It’s no secret that I love working with other creatives. That’s what really started this desire to start doing brand photography.  It was giving me the power to tell a story, and help other creative business owners showcase their work in beautiful ways that connected them to their ideal client. So when Melissa from Cupcake Graphics, a Luxury Wedding Invitation + Stationery Design company contacted me about doing photography for her invitation suites, I was so thrilled. Invitations are some of my favorite details to shoot on a wedding day so I was thrilled she took notice to that and trusted me to photograph her work!

When all of Melissa’s friends started getting married, they asked her to design bridal shower invitations and then wedding invitations. She designed all of the stationery and a very elaborate wedding invitation for her cousin about three years ago and things exploded from there! The venue, Ballroom at the Ben, saw that invitation and asked her to be their preferred vendor. The combination of their referrals and word of mouth from past brides and guests that received my invitations, allowed her to do this full-time and holy smokes is the world lucky because her work is gorgeous!! In addition to designing invitations and wedding stationery, she also works with small business on their graphic design efforts i.e.: (business cards, social media art work, flyers and more).
