Sydney here with another adorable session! Emily and Alex had their engagement session at Laurelwood Arboretum and it was stunning! There is something about fall weather that makes sessions even more special! Right from the start they told me they are awkward in photos but by the end they were complete naturals! They were posing themselves and doing all the cute things. We walked around the grounds, took photos and got to know each other. It was seriously so much fun and I am obsessed with their images!!
Their story:
Emily and Alex met through a mutual friend! They went on their first date in Morristown. Funny story is that Alex made two dinner reservations just in case they couldn’t get into one restaurant! They were walking and talking on their way and completely passed the first restaurant, good thing he made two reservations! After ordering too much food they wrapped up their perfect first date and the rest was history.
These two love to do so much together. From exploring new parks like Laurelwood Arboretum to bumming it out on the couch. They make each other feel whole and it really is the sweetest thing. Emily was so giggly during the whole session, Alex really knows how to make her laugh!
The proposal:
On the day of the proposal Alex had it all planned out. Emily went out with her mom to go Sunday shopping just like a normal Sunday but little did she know the surprise for her when she got home. While she was out shopping Alex went to work and set up the whole living room with flowers and popped the question! Emily was completely shocked and started to tear up! How cute?! To celebrate they went out to dinner with both their parents. Such a special moment for the two of them!
