This week I’m just feeling so so thankful that I call this my job. Seriously, I get to hang out with awesome people on the happiest day of their lives every single weekend. How cool is that?! Colleen and Justin fit into that category just perfectly.

Two weeks ago it was raining nearly every single day. Actually, not nearly. It WAS raining every single day. And somehow, just like their engagement session, the clouds opened up for a beautiful bluebird of a day with the sun shining at 67 degrees for their New York Country Club Wedding.

I arrived at Colleen’s parent’s house for her prep, which was so truly special to her as it’s the house that ALL her memories growing up were. Her lifelong home. Justin even proposed to her on the steps of the house because he knew how special it was to her and I loved that we got to document her part of the wedding story here.
Colleen is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She is caring, kind, full of smiles, gracious towards friends and family, a great friend, great sister, great daughter, and now, I know she is going to be a great wife. All the speeches confirmed what I already knew. She has a huge heart. Justin is just the same, and the two of them together are just perfect. I got to meet them just a few weeks ago for the first time at their engagement session and we had so much fun at the Stateline Lookout along the Palisades Parkway. They had a Catholic ceremony at Saint Anthony’s Shrine Church in Nanuet, NY and it was beautiful!The first time he saw her!THEY’RE MARRIED!!! Almost.Okay, NOW they’re married!!!

This was SUCH a fun reception, not only was the band amazing, but they started off with a bang and the dance floor was hopping all night. Colleen is 100% Irish so there was a ton of Irish music playing and it was an absolute blast. And I’m Irish, so i can appreciate!Galway Study Abroad!!
