I’ll say this ‘til I’m blue in the face, but there is no greater honor to me than to photograph the seasons of life that come after the wedding day for my couples. And Brittany and Eric’s maternity session at Laurelwood Arboretum in Wayne, NJ gave me the opportunity to do just that.
I’ve gotten to photograph Brittany and Eric quite a few times now – from their central park engagement session, to their rehearsal dinner in Disney, to their Grand Floridian Wedding in Disney World, to the day after session at the Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. So getting to photograph this new season for them was so special for me!
And something they shared with me that I LOVED was that the babies room is basically going to be Lion King themed – seems quite fitting for Disney lovers! =)
I was so excited to have them come up to my neck of the woods for their maternity session at Laurelwood Arboretum! Laurelwood is right next to my house and is where I walk literally any time I go on a walk. It’s proved to be a beautiful backdrop for portraits time and again and when I suggested this as the location for their session I was thrilled that they said yes!! We had a beautiful spring day for the session, and these two knocked it out of the park.
Brittany and Eric – I love you guys and I am SOO SOOOO happy for you!! I hope this next adventure is nothing short of amazing for you both!
