Hi! I'm Laura!

I’m a wedding and brand photographer for creative and adventurous hearts and and your resident work-life balance aficionado. I’m so glad you’re here!
My favorite thing in life is sitting out by my fire-pit with a glass of Riesling and a s’more in hand with friends and family surrounding me. I'm rarely ever found without a warm blanket wrapped around me, and If my wallet didn't frown upon it, I’d probably buy everything in Anthropologie Home and Free People.

Jennifer and Greg had the most gorgeous summer wedding in June that you could imagineee! It was filled with details that were special to them as a couple which added such personal touches to their wedding day! These two are such a sweet couple, I had so much fun getting to know them through their engagement! Their love is genuine, their personalities complement each other so well and Jennifer and Greg just love being together! Their engagement session was held around the town they both grew up in together which made it so unique to them. If you haven’t checked that out yet go read it here because you truly will not be able to get enough of this couple!!

Their wedding was held at The Hamilton Manor in Hamilton, New Jersey and what a gem this venue was! You wouldn’t even imagine how beautiful it was just seeing it from the road, but the property was gorgeous! Jennifer and Greg lucked out with hot but beautiful weather. The sky was blue as it could be with big, puffy clouds making it a picture perfect day!

The girls got ready in the best man’s townhome right down the street from the first look location. They all had on matching red and black flannel shirts which were so cute! While the girls were getting their hair and makeup done by the amazing Top Knots by Aimee and Make Me Up Eva I photographed Jennfier’s details. The florals were BEAUTIFUL! Styling these details were so easy because of how beautiful everything was, it was amazing! On her bouquet, Jennifer had a charm for her parents and her sister who had passed away and it was truly such a special way to honor them! When it was time, Jennifer was helped into her stunning Maggie Sottero dress by her Aunt Melanie and her cousin.

While I was with the girls, my second shooter Renee was with Greg and the groomsmen for their prep! She said she had such a blast with them, they had such a fun morning before it was time for the first look! They even had a barber come in to trim all the guys up that morning so they were all looking mighty handsome for the evening! I had never heard of someone doing this before and I love the idea that the guys had just of a special morning as the girls did!

Jennifer and Greg’s first look was held at the lake in their town down the street from where they both grew up. It is such a special place to both of them we did their engagement session their as well! This was such a great moment of the day! After Jennifer and Greg having a sweet moment together and then taking some portraits by the water and out on the dock, we were then joined by the entire wedding party for more pictures by the lake!

With the wedding party we took pictures with the stunning lake behind them and along the dock which was so much fun! We all then made our way to the venue to take more wedding party pictures, portraits and family formals. It was pretty hot out so these guys were all troopers for dealing with the sun, brightness and the heat all morning! The Hamilton Manor had a bunch of great locations for portraits – in front of the old truck, in front of the barnwood doors, the back gardens, the sunlight was amazing in every single location!!

Their ceremony was held in the barn at Hamilton Manor and was officiated by a family member and every moment of it was so special! The barn was open and airy but it was such an intimate ceremony with all of their guests. The officiant cried, I cried, and after a short and sweet ceremony with readings from loved ones, Jennifer and Greg were finally pronounced husband and wife!

Their reception was held in the grand ballroom of the Hamilton Manor and the all ceilings, chandeliers, the beautiful florals and the love in the room made the reception amazing! During introductions every came out smiling and with their own dance routine which was so fun to watch! During toasts, the best man and maid of honor had the whole room laughing as they shared sweet memories with the room about Jennifer and Greg’s love! Their DJ, Elite Sound Entertainment, did an amazing job of getting everybody on the dance floor! Jennifer and Greg’s family and friends were SO fun to celebrate with the dance moves were unbelievable and spirits were soaring as they celebrated Jennifer and Greg’s love!

Jennifer and Greg, thank you so much for having me be a part of your amazing, emotional, and special day.  I had a blast getting to know you both over the course of your engagement session and your wedding day, and loved getting to know your hearts over wings and beer, and getting to witness so many amazing moments between you both over the last year and a half.  I know you have a lifetime ahead that consists of so much love and I’m so glad life’s path brought you together in the end!! Cheers to forever!!!
