Engagement sessions are such a special time for a newly engaged couple. It is a session just for them with no other distractions or obligations. It is an opportunity for them to showcase something that is significant and special in their lives together. Last year, I had the opportunity to travel all over the states New Jersey and New York capturing the moments, places, and even furry friends who define the life and love story of each amazing Laura Lee Photography couple!
These session were nothing short of magical! I don’t even know where to start when it comes to describing all of these unique and beautiful sessions. From the grounds of Princeton University to the waters of Waywaywack State Park to the big city views from the Empire State Building to the steps of the childhood house where they first met, I feel so fortunate to be able to witness these moments in a couples life.
And my absolutely favorite part of engagements sessions is getting to opportunity to meet and get to know each couple in a relaxed and fun environment. More often than not, we find ourselves setting in after the session in one of their favorite local restaurants or breweries. Not only do I get to share a gallery of beautiful photos with the couple but I also get a small peek into their lives together. Learning a couples love story is one of the most important things to me as a wedding photographer. After every session I am all smiles thinking of all the adventures and fun that are in store for these amazing couples!!
