Nothing like a winter snowy wedding at Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown, NY to kick off the 2017 wedding season! Danielle and Michael wed amongst friends and family this past weekend in a beautiful snow globe of a scene!

Funny enough, Danielle and Michael met at a wedding, where Michael was a groomsman! Their best friends were getting married and after talking all night, a relationship blossomed. The only issue? The lived in different states. For two years, Danielle and Michael did long distance until finally moving in together in NYC!

The girls got ready at Danielle’s mom’s house and when Danielle put her Pronovias gown on, every person in the room was smiling ear to ear. As her made of honor, Katelyn put it, that dress was a showstopper.

There wasn’t a dry eye in the house when Danielle handed gifts out to her parents. But luckily, she gave them embroidered handkerchiefs!

Their ceremony was held at St. Matthew’s Church in Hastings on the Hudson, NY and the reception was held at Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown, NY. By the time we got to Tappan Hill the skies opened up and wet snow was beginning to fall. We did all the family photos inside but then braved the cold and the snow for a few wedding party and bride and groom pictures! It was like being in a snow globe!

The Silver Arrow Band got the party started as soon as Danielle and Michael entered the room and the dance floor wasn’t empty for the rest of the night! Every detail was executed perfectly from the table centerpieces to the place cards to the cake to the songs to the gown and the hair. It was a beautiful way to start my 2017 wedding season and I am so thrilled I got to be a part of this special day and document these beautiful memories for Danielle and Michael (even if Michael was in his worst nightmare taking pictures for hours- whoops!)
