Hi! I'm Laura!

I’m a wedding and brand photographer for creative and adventurous hearts and and your resident work-life balance aficionado. I’m so glad you’re here!
My favorite thing in life is sitting out by my fire-pit with a glass of Riesling and a s’more in hand with friends and family surrounding me. I'm rarely ever found without a warm blanket wrapped around me, and If my wallet didn't frown upon it, I’d probably buy everything in Anthropologie Home and Free People.

AH! It feels like I have been waiting for this day for FOREVER!! Kaitlyn and Kyle’s micro wedding ceremony occurred in July and it was literally PERFECT!  These two pushed their big wedding celebration to next year, but opted, like me and Scott, to have our wedding this year on their original date.  SO! WE CELEBRATED! They had a small intimate ceremony at Saint Helena Church in Edison NJ, and a first look at a nearby park and it was literally perfect! Ironically, they had ALL the same readings as Scott and I did, so it literally felt like I was watching our ceremony, ha!

We started the day by me meeting them at Roosevelt Park for their first look! Kyle got there first and I got some groom portraits of him – and somehow, he didn’t complain once even though it was 100+ degrees out! When Kaitlyn arrived I got Kyle into position for Kaitlyn to come up behind him and from then on, it was ALL SMILES! I am so glad we got to do a first look – these two LOVE portraits (or at least Kaitlyn does and Kyle does as she wishes 😉 ) and I’m honored that I got to photograph their proposal AND their engagement session – literally all have been so freakin’ perfect because when these two are together it is just fire. We had about an hour of portraits, and also mixed wedding party into this time at the park.  Kaitlyn just had her two Maid of Honors, and Kyle had his Best Man (his brother) there. Everyone looked amazing and all were so excited to celebrate their love! <3

Obviously, they are seriously such an adorable couple! They have so much love for eachother. Kaitlyn was so happy to finally be getting married to the love of her life (and vice versa of course!). She couldn’t stop smiling! I am so happy they decided to get married this year. They have such a beautiful cuddly type of love and I know these two just couldn’t wait to finally be husband and wife!

After all their portraits were over, we then headed to the church for the ceremony! Kaitlyn’s dad walked her down the aisle and handed her off to her soon to be husband, and I’ve got to say, this was one of the funniest, heartfelt, and intimate ceremonies I’ve ever been to.  I LOVED IT.  When they had their first kiss they walked out to their guests throwing paper confetti in the air and everyone was all smiles all around.

After they said hello to everyone we jumped into family formals for all their extended family and immediate family and these came out amazing! I literally am even more excited for next year now!

Kaitlyn and Kyle – I love you guys so freakin’ much! I can’t wait to do this all again next year! Thank you for letting me be apart of your special day! CHEERS TO BEING HUSBAND AND WIFE!
