I have no idea where to start with this wedding oh my goodness! Sam and Sean’s wedding at Perona Farms Barn was to dieeeee for! These two are an INCREDIBLE couple. They are so fun and naturals in front of the camera, every time I get to shoot with them we have such a good time!! Before I get into the details of their amazing summer wedding, you gotta check out Sam and Sean’s engagement session at Spring Lake Beach. This is definitely one of my favorite sessions ever because these two were up for anything which I loooveee! I am obsessed with how their session went so I was super excited for their wedding day!

Sam and Sean’s wedding day started at an Airbnb in Mt. Arlington which was beautiful!!! It had 3 floors and the bathroom was to die for. There was so much light which made me sooo happy and the details came out perfect!! The Airbnb sat right on Lake Hopatcong so needless to say, the view was stunning! All morning Sam was walking around the house singing, she was so excited to marry her best friend!

All day Sam’s bridesmaids were so helpful and I couldn’t be more thankful for that!! They wore gorgeous dusty blue dresses but each had a different style which matched so perfectly with the theme of the day! Before Sam got into her gown, she gave her mother, cousin, grandmother and aunt a special present that left us all in tears. Sam’s grandfather was watching from heaven so she got his handkerchiefs customized with his signature that he signed off all his cards with. It read, “All my love always, Pop” for each of them! Everyone was crying it was SO sweet and a special touch to the wedding.

After that, Sam got dressed and nothing could stop her from smiling and being so happy! Even when getting into her dress, her mom accidentally caught her skin in the zipper and she just laughed – seriously her personality is MAGNETIC and radiant and it’s such a breath of fresh air on days that can often become stressful. Once she was in her dress her grandmother helped Sam put her bracelet on and this was a sweet moment they were able to have together!

Then it was time for her first look with her dad and she had a gift to give him as well! He cried, she cried and of course I cried. How could you not?! The gift Sam gave her dad was an irish tie and he absolutely loved it! Right after, we left for the venue so she could have her first look with her soon to be hubby!!

For Sam and Sean’s first look we found a beautiful spot in-between the trees. It was SO sweet. They shared their special moment and then we went right into some portraits!! Portraits went so smoothly because these two are such naturals so we went right into wedding pictures after and they were so fun! The wedding party was such a fun group and were so excited to see their best friends get married! I went to high school with all the guys so that made everything even more fun – Sam and Sean are surrounded by some seriously incredible people. The flower girls were Sean’s nieces and they were so good and looked sooo cute!

After cooling off on this seriously hot day and doing the family formals it was time for the ceremony and oh my god it was beautiful! They were surrounded by their family and friends and the room was entirely filled with love. After their first kiss as husband and wife they went inside for cocktail hour and it was SO hot Sam got her hair put up in a bun! We then took more portraits which was so much fun! They could not stop smiling because they were finally married!

I had been looking forward to their wedding all year, they were one of the happiest couples I have ever photographed! Sean was just kissing her all over her face and picking her up and swinging her around. He couldn’t keep his hands off of his wife! It was then time for intros and first dances and they were all so cute. Sam and Sean were laughing and smiling the whole time! Sam’s dad couldn’t hold his tears back and her father daughter dance left everyone in tears as well!

Sam’s dad gave a welcome speech after the dances were over and still couldn’t keep the tears away! This was such a happy day all around! Sam’s maid of honor and Sean’s best man both gave such sweet speeches about this amazing couple wishing them nothing but the best for their future! Afterwards, everyone finally hit the dance floor and absolutely everyone was out of their seats dancing! It was so much fun. Then everyone even picked Sam and Sean up and they were crowd surfing!! What a fun reception this was! The night ended with nighttime portraits with the barn lit up in the background, these were stunning!!

Sam and Sean, words cannot express how much I adore and love you two. You two are proof that soul mates exist, and that there’s nothing better or more joyful than true love. I KNOW that you have decades to come of endless love, joy, and laughter. The people you surround yourself with are unbelievable, and I am so truly happy fate brought you two together. I love you both!!!
